Hi, I'm Kayleigh, a social worker and practice development lead. Your team needs good learning, but who has time to build it from scratch? The Practice Learning Hub offers free, ready-to-run social work learning.

I support the social work workforce through accessible, engaging development that strengthens both practice skills and confidence. I am passionate about healthier workplace cultures where practitioners feel valued, capable and able to make a difference.
My own route into learning shaped how I approach development. With the right support I went on to achieve a First Class degree and a Master’s in Professional Development, and I now combine social work experience with practice development, content creation, research and published writing.
The aim is simple: make professional learning feel relevant, human and genuinely useful once people return to practice.
